1 General Terms

• Withdrawals of large amounts may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Shuvo Win regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated at the time the bonus is claimed.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Accepting a bonus comes with a Wagering Requirement that must be met. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you need to wager ten times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim any given promotion only once.
• Bonus validity is generally limited to between 7 and 30 days.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

4.3 Referral Bonus

6 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a fair environment on Shuvo Win. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Money Laundering: Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or attempting to legitimise them through transactions.
• Corrupt Betting: Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or false information to circumvent bonus terms.
• Automated Software: Playing games using bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Threats & Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing other members or staff.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Shuvo Win reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If the terms and conditions are violated.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

You can close your account at any time. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the closure is finalised.
